This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of orders placed through Khyal Store.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within up to 6 business days from the date of order confirmation. Customers will be contacted once the order is shipped to confirm delivery details.
2. Shipping Fees

Free shipping applies to orders with a total value of 3,000 EGP or more.

Orders below 3,000 EGP are subject to a shipping fee, which will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Additional shipping fees may apply for Cash on Delivery orders, depending on the shipping provider.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are calculated based on official business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location.
4. Order Receipt

Opening the shipment before full receipt from the courier is strictly prohibited.

Accepting the shipment from the courier is considered confirmation that the package is intact and matches the order details.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier company.
Khyal Store is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from misuse after delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery via:
