Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy – Khyal Store
At Khyal Store, we are fully committed to complying with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, while ensuring fairness to both the customer and the business, considering the nature of the products sold (original perfumes).
1. General Policy Scope
Perfumes are classified as personal-use products. Therefore:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

The shipment must not be opened before full receipt from the courier.

Accepting the order from the courier confirms that the package is received in good external condition.
2. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following legally permitted cases:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The customer receives a wrong product that does not match the order.

The product is damaged before use, provided the package has not been opened.
3. Reporting Period

The customer must report the issue within 3 days from the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Product Condition for Return or Exchange
For a return or exchange to be approved, the product must be:

Unused and unopened

In its original, sealed packaging

Accompanied by all original components
Any product that has been opened, tested, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
5. Inspection Process

All returned products are subject to inspection by Khyal Store.

Approval is granted only after confirming that the issue is due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, not misuse.
6. Refund Policy (According to Egyptian Law)
If the return is approved, the customer will be entitled to one of the following options:

Exchange the product with the same item or an equivalent alternative (subject to availability), or

Refund the full value of the product
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer, within a 7-15 Working-days timeframe in accordance with Egyptian regulations.
7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Preference regarding scent, longevity, or performance

Product has been opened or used

Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
8. Final Decision
Khyal Store reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, in compliance with applicable laws.
